The Buteyko method is not to manage your asthma, it is a therapy to heal/cure your asthma and many other health issues as result of wrong breathing. Well worth learning about.

2 freiends of mine were able to do away with the C-pap machine to which they had to hook themselves on to when going to sleep. From my understanding, the Buteyko method is nearly the first port of call in Russia, with the medical system, for those who have been diagnosed with asthma.

I have used it myself and my asthma has not returned. Leaving dairy out is often a means of managing, and many of the preventative meds are too to manage. The Buteyko may surprise many. It does much more than prevention or managing.

Sorry, I have not heard of this, but am glad it is helping you. Those
improvements are quite impressive for breathing exercises. I would
still encourage you to pursue things that could potentially remove a
root cause of the asthma, as opposed to manage. Nebulized colloidal
silver, liposomal colostrum, food allergy elimination, and liposomal
glutathione would be my suggestions.

I used to take albuterol, advair, and singulair...not entirely sure
how I got off of them, but I did...must have partially "outgrown it"
or something.
