And if I remember that exchange correctly, the distinction was that the ACV Ron and crew are talking about is raw or unpasteurized, or whatever, and that the stuff you get at the local grocery has been otherwise processed to destroy it's benficial nature, fully justifying the cautions against it. At least that's what I remember. I actually have it on my to-do list for today to hit the health food store and look for a few items we've talked about here, one of which is this vinegar. Who knows??
