Hi Ferrance, I wish I knew. The very first bottle of tincture I bought when it came onto the market was the very strong stuff. The latest one was spoweak i'm sure it did next to nothing. When I take it again I'm going to do my own tincture from the green hulls, it seems to be the only way.
