Im sure it was 1ma per square INCH

I actually use 0.2/0.1 ma per square inch for much better and easier results....

It takes longer but its worth it... High likelihood of having Higher Ionic
content.

square centimeter of what? the surface of the electrode in contact with water?
I think that this is too much complicated. I have been using CS for almost 20
years now, and I would say that it is sufficient to use very pure water. When
you use your apparatus you should not see any cloud. But after 20/30 minutes
the water should taste slightly bitter and metallic. If you see any cloud it
would be very light golden brown. When you have this golden color then you know
your colloids are very fine , in the nano scale.

Anyway, the friends who told you to use this specification have undoubtedly
done the research and, if you can, then follow the instructions. Remember that
as your electrodes wear out the area would change too. But don't worry too much
about this. As I said I have used CS for a long time, and for the last few
years I have been using MMS, which I found is even more effective than CS. I
use both. I use CS mostly when I cannot use MMS, eg eyewash, wounds, burns,
etc. For flu, food poisoning, bacterial infection, etc I use MMS.

I have been advised by many on this group to keep the current down to 1mA per
square centimeter, in order to have nano particle size.

  With 30 V dc use a 30K resistor. V=IR where V=voltage I=current. To be
accurate you have to consider also the resistance of the water between the
electrodes which varies with the conductivity and the distance between the
electrodes. May I ask why you need to be so accurate?

  Hi,
I am lost trying to find a current limiting diode. I went to my local
electronics parts store, and he never even heard of them.
  I found some on Mouser

http://ca.mouser.com/Semiconductors/Discrete-Semiconductors/Diodes-Rectifiers/Current-Regulator-Diodes/_/N-ax1ml,

but I don't get the "Maximum Limiting Voltage" part. What do I need
here? I was going to use 30 V and 1 mA.
