zapper effect.

I've done  them all but truely...drinking distilled  water with a
healthy pinch  of  sodium bicarb and drinking about  a liter of  that
all  day works  wonders.
Lately I'm learning the  value of  keeping  a  slight alkaline  PH.
I  use  a Don Croft zapper as well as  one  of  Bermie Heeres coils,
one  each  side of my neck,each night as I sleep  and I seem to  be
gaining some ground in  knocking  the  last  of the  infecton  out  of
 my body.
I  can  feel some  discomfort in my midsection/stomach area so  I
know  I  still have  a way to  go but  at least it's out  of  my
sinus'  and neck.
I can't even look  at anything with sugar or gluton so a diet  change
will certainly help with your  healing  if  you haven't done  that
already.
Coconut oil...hemp  seed everything  and  anyway you can  eat it helps  too.
