Hi Joe, If that were totally the case people who are gluten intolerant should be able to eat pasta that comes from Italy. I, for one, cannot. The glycophosphate issue may be another layer but I think it is simplistic to say gluten is not the problem... its the glycophosphate they spray on it. PT
