I haven't flushed with silver, but have used as nasal spray. Have used common salt and Neilmed packets to flush. Silver works as well as the various commercial sprays I've tried and doesn't taste bad. My nose is like the famous battery(?) commercial, "it just keeps on running" . Thanks all.
