I also made liposomal Vit C using the Brooks Bradley recipe, but as I remember
it, I used ascorbic acid, not sodium ascorbate. It is easy to take. I can make
a double batch which is equal to 24 grams vit C.
I just got up and looked for the recipe inside my cupboard; the baking soda is
optional and I did use it every time. However, I came to understand from some
reading lately that vitamin C is best not buffered as it offers more electrons
to the reactions, so I will try it "neat" next time I make liposomal vit. C.
I can't look up the reference as the internet is timing out even on Yahoo since
yesterday. I can't even run a broadband speedtest from my own internet service
provider.

I have made Liposomal Vitamin C for quite some time now.The recipe is from
Brooks Bradley, ie, 3 tblspns [SL]Soya lecithin granules in 1 cup distilled
water [room temp.],1 tblspn sodium ascorbate granules in 1/2 cup distilled
water.Let sit until SL is fully emulsified in Water. Then put in Jewellery
ultrasonic cleaner.Run for 6 minutes, stirring gently with a plastic soda
straw.Very pleasant to take, slightly nutty flavour.
The cleaner I have is by “Chicago Electric ‘which I got from Harbour Freight’
,approx.$40.00.
.
EYES:- for a lot of years I have been using CS[strong Tyndall] in my eyes at
least 3 to 4 times per day.I was developing a cataract ,long time ago,in one
eye as told to me by my eye specialist ,now there is no sign of it,gone, and my
sight is as good now as when I was 40;I am now in my 91st year.
Hope this helps, sure does for me !
