Truthfully, I was a bit shocked at the condition of my brew jar. Silver was even plating out on the sides of the jar. And don't know why I didn't want to "waste silver" by cleaning electrodes. I'm 69 and have several sets on hand, more than enough to last out my lifetime and then some, LOL. It is easy to get into a rut when one is disabled, well easy anytime probably, but more so when disabled and in pain all the time. I certainly won't go crazy obsessed over my CS. Did that the first 2-3 years, and no longer have the energy for it.
