Note that the Costco/Kirkland "Allergy Medicine" is exactly the same thing as Benadryl(tm) in the USA*, but a LOT cheaper since you're not paying for the brand name. That's what I use when I need an antihistamine.
Note that it's also the same thing used in some over the counter sleeping pills. * in other countries the brand name Benadryl is used for different drugs.
