I'm setting up to make a CS aloe juice complex. Will try it on some skin eruptions which have appeared since my c19 episode in December.

I collected some aloe arborescens leaves which had been broken off by hale a few days ago. Leaves were most still firm; the bruised bits i discarded. I stripped off the 'thorns' with a sharp knife. Tried various methods, cut or slice to strip the leaf outer skins; eventually just manually stripped the inner skin with fingers, then scraped the gel with edge of a spoon. Added to some CS about half and half , then blended a few seconds, slight amount of foam produced, which settled quickly. The mixture is cloudy with some bits of gel lurking; looks quite disgusting. I dabbed some of the CS aloe nano on some happenings on one leg, took a tiny sip, no revulsion, ok. Slept, inspected. Objectively, nothing much to report; I'm less itchy; no drama.

silver for skin responses to covid   aka  chilblains,  covid toes etc ; For what its worth, Ive read  the problem may be driven by an autoimmune reaction to lingering damage associated molecular patterns perhaps similar to chilblain lupus.  An autoimmune reaction or dysfunction.   Im not sure what the value of silver would be except to treat secondary infections if the sores are bad. De and re-differentiation is a hope....see if it speeds healing and let us know.     In addition to treating lesions, interrupting the autoimmune cycle might be worth a try.  Licorice tea comes to mind.  random overview; https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7012004/

The lesions i have are like flea or mosquito bites, red, raised and very itchy at first, now not so itchy but they have not healed and gone away. + Yes my immune system was quite good. rapid wound healing, few short lasting colds, etc. But this could be overwhelm for several reasons; major stress, and a other major changes. I was doing yoga, and walking, but not now. I've been doing an anti internal infection regime with varied and short term effects, CS, VitC, zinc, iodine/salt breathing, sunbathing, and application of neem-oil, dmso, vicks, turpentine, lugols.

Licorice tea? I'll hunt some of that and try it. Except for breathing and meditation i'm short on immune system boosting maybe. I did overreact to echinacea tea.

Ive been mixing potassium bicarbonate and vit C  to reduce metabolic acidosis and oxidative stress.   Hypokalemia noted in covid

Good one, I have been taking a dab of pottasium chloride (aka no salt) and that seems to boost motivation.

Dr Mobeen Syed has a good video on ivermectin and how it helps long haulers.  The Swiss Policy Research site gives a source for ivermectin. I personally would even consider the veterinarian version,  taking careful note of dose.

Yes, I'm using that cautiously sprayed on skin, with no remarkable effect.

Max, thanks, you have given such valuable information and urls.

Natural balms (bees wax, coconut oil and oregano)  ,  arnica, worth trying.  Tea of burdock can remove blood toxins.  In the chance that peroxynitrite is involved,  rosemary and witch hazel are high on the list of herbs that scavenge the free radical.

I'm not familar with peroxynitrite [ and a bunch of other nomenclature]
Got some of this some in the garden , but witch hazel I have never seen on the shelves.

Im not a medical professional or anything, this is only my inadequate suggestion for research.

OK, :-)

thanks

Max
