On the Q 10, order a book from Amazon.com, titled "The Mirical Nutrient coenzime Q 10" by Bliznakov, & Hunt. It's only $10 or so. It will amaze you what it cures. Boosts the immune system, strengthens the heart, etc. Been taking it for years.
