Hi Ivan; I'm no electrician but I'd tried all kinds of low DC voltages. The most bitter mix had lots of fallout at 9vDC and 2.1 amps.
A much better attempt was using a 6 amp, 250-volt bridge rectifier ($4.00 Canadian) from Radio Shack on a wall cord, with an inline 6 amp slow-blow fuse. This amazingly simple circuit makes pretty good colloid right quick (with tap water) when the electrodes are about 3/8 of an inch apart. But I don't know, and I'd still like to know, if I was getting 60 volts DC or 120 with the rectifier. The colloid settles salts or ? white flakes to clear and is milky when fresh. Low concentrations stay milky and don't settle. This new microwave circuit may just deserve distilled water. Out here we get double-stage R.O. which is pretty good, as the water we start with is very good. The 2-minute batch tastes pretty strong. The 1-minute batch was sweeter and hung in the mouth for an hour or more. Now its been overnight and I can still just taste the stronger batch, but I snorted some as well. It's great for sinus allergies, and I've seen colds and bronchitis cured in less than 2 days. I use it all the time. So do my friends, and we're not blue yet. I have had good luck with the silver ingot. The thing will last practically forever and is a lot cheaper than buying silver wire. I'll let you know how the next batch turns out. ciao Duncan -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
