Harvey, As a retire EE I find your approach very interesting. After you have made CS with is configuration I would strongly suggest that you have a TEM made of the product.
When I used 380 Volt DC for one hour I made very clear CS, however during the process it went deep yellow and then cleared. The TEM showed very large particles 16 to 85 nm!!! The best CS that I have made to date is with 12 KV using a CO2 gas blanket for the arc. The particles are 1-2 nm and 6-8 nm spherical in shape. The other HVAC CS has distorted crystalline structure. I find it very interesting that only one person on the list inquired about my TEM's. What you are looking for is near neutral pH, almost not T.E. and a controllable PPM in ug/l of silver, that is crystal clear and does not fallout or change color in sunlight.
