Hi Russ;

Most DW's check out at about 5.5 pH. So all of the CS's that I have test
for PPM for list members comes out at 5.5 pH. I use the 4.5 to 7.5 pHydrion
papers for this.

HVAC can come vary some what depending on the process, 3.5 to 6.4.

The LVDC CS that I make with constant voltage and constant stirring is sun
and freezer proof. My constant current CS is not sun proof.

A friend of mine who is the head of the chemical department of a national
baking goods supplier told me at all DW must by law be oxygenated. So
maybe there is some effect. When I vacuum outgas (boil) a DW the
conductivity will improve about 3-4%. That is not enough to fool with.

NO I am not.
