Hey, Bob--

Wouldn't pH be a functoin of initial water purity?

Would sunlight-proof CS require water that's devoid of free oxygen
molecules?  If so, the problem lies in water electrolysis that would
always attend the electro-colloidalization process (above 1.5V).  Are
you're experiments directed at finding a V that maximizes silver
electrolysis while bypassing this effect on the water?
