Hi Janine,

The difference is due to two things.

1). The reduce time of brew.

2.) The stirring of the CS. Several of the makers of CS gens have added
continual stirring as it makes a much better grade of CS.

When you use a simple system as you are time becomes very important. If you were
to add a digital multimeter to the circuit then you could stop at a definite
cell current and have a much more consistent CS.
