Just as water freezes at 32 deg...not 31 deg...clouds can "kick" over a fine edge of humidity and temp conditions and appear in a clear sky. [distortion] I would check the source before buying at face value. Air traffic in general is modifying the weather. Airforce tankers are a portion of air traffic.
