I agree. I would have to go back to the instructions to calculate how much was available, and it would be a time consuming exercise with my present state of skill. I think doing that will shed light on the issue of "to salt or not to salt" in LVDC generators. It probably improves initial conductivity at the price of binding a small amount of silver.

Keep in mind that the sodium chloride added to water to start the reaction has a finite amount of chloride. The chloride will combine with the silver ions until it is nearly exhausted in accordance with the silver chloride solubility product.
