Carbo-hydroxy, AKA AquaFuel, is a gas that equates to ~160 octane and can
runs cars with no soot emmissions but water droplets & CO2. Timing is reset
to 'top dead center.' Anyway, it is made by collecting the bubbles from an
*underwater arc* between two carbon rods. A standard welder ("buzz box")
produces the requisite V.
