It would seem that this "real expert" is mathematically challenged. .9999 is 10 times as pure, not 1000. I personally use Canadian Silver Maple Leaf coins witch are .9999, certified by the Royal Canadian Mint. They are always available on ebay auctions at reasonable prices.
