OK, lets address the last part. Whoever wrote this mess doesn't have a clue.

First of all .9999 is 10 times a pure as .999, not 1000 times a pure.

Second jewelry and necklaces are not made from .999 silver, but sterling silver which is only 92%. This statement is dangerous and bordering on criminal, since anyone with a little knowledge would see that .999 silver would be fine, and think that using the silver from jewelry would be fine, when it is not.

Third, if you used .999 pure silver, it would have 1/1000 impurities. If you make 10 ppm CS with it, then the cs will have 10 ppb of impurities. The major impurity in silver is copper, which is a metal the body MUST have, so this small amount would constitute a mineral, not a toxin. If I remember right 10 ppb is lower impurity level than drinking water must have of toxic metals such as arsenic, so basically it would meet the federal requirements for pure drinking water.

In fact, looking at the above statements, I cannot find anything in them that is accurate.
