I think the big difference is that hvac tends to be about 80% ionic and LDVC
tends to be 90 to 95% ionic.  It is probably easier to maintain small
particle size with HVAC, but similar results can be obtained with LVDC if
current is limited, and product is stirred

My Silvergen model SG6 is both current limited and stirred constantly,
I don't rember seeing  ionic to particle  ratio shown, but I'm sure a
