The big advantage that some of the Mild Silver Protein vendors have is that their product is well enough characterised and similar enough to pre-FDA preparations that conventional physicians can be persuaded to use it with their patients without risk to their licenses to practice medicine. It's good to have that option if you're in a situation where you have no choice but to work with conventional doctors and treatments. To put it in its place, however, realize that a lot of ways of making CS work as well or better than MSP, with as good or better of a safety record, and at much lower cost, according to the accumulated experience of many ordinary people who have tried them. Many of these other products would be considered comparable or even superior to MSP *except* for the regulatory framework that prevents them from ever being "approved," thus relegating them to the disreputable fringes.
