A quick comparison that some may disagree with: LVDC HVAC less expensive more expensive slower faster less stable more stable more variable less variable safe deadly voltages
The variable has to do with consistance in ppm and particle size. Both can make extremely good CS from distilled water. These are generalities. For instance, very stable CS can be made by the LVDC method, it is more difficult than with the HVAC method.
