It appears to be just colloidal silver. What they say it does is essentially the same as any 10 ppm or so CS, nothing surprising about that. However I do question their claim about being accepted as a disinfectant by the EPA, we already went down that path in 2000. A disinfectant had to kill spores, and CS does not kill spores. So I am not certain I believe that claim. The claim about their CS being pateneted is not correct either I am sure.
