This product is not patented. The only patent that these people hold is for a method of manufacture, which is nothing more than extending the existing HVAC art by incorporating multiple sets of electrodes. They have a patent application for much the same. I must applaud them for doing considerable testing of their product, even though they have just been told that they cannot mention the sporicidal effectiveness of the product by the FDA, despite tests proving this.
