Some of the slippery language noted:
1. " and therefore approved for patent by
the United States Patent Agency."
1. Is that the same as the United States Patent Office? A search for "
United States Patent Agency" on AltaVista curiously yielded nothing about
any government agency, and several hits for "American Biotech Labs".
2. A search for "United States Patent Office" got what you would
expect;
stuff from the US patent office.
3. Is "approved for patent" the same thing as "granted a patent"? I
don't
think so. I think that means that an application has been filed. If the
product was patented, a Patent Number would be published, but none is shown.
2. "The New Silver Solution is the only colloidal
silver product that has been able to be filed with the
FDA for drug approval." . Filed for approval, and "approved" are two
different things.
3. All silver sols have to be effective at a great dilution. Otherwise,
how could a couple of ounces into a 70 Kg man be effective? If you needed
10 PPM in the serum to kill pathogens, you would have to replace the
contents of the vascular system with sol for there to be any effect. All
true CS is effective at very low concentrations, more like .001 PPM (I am
foggy here, anyone with hard data, please provide it...)
4. " The NEW Solution. has also been proven very safe to use." Really?
How?. By whom and for what purposes and under what circumstances?
5. "EPA: The New Silver Solution has also filed with the
EPA for use as a disinfectant and has already passed
all the required tests and is currently waiting
approval."
A disinfectant? For use on hard surfaces? I betcha that is what the stuff
will say on the label, a cleaning agent for use only outside the body.
How much for 4 oz, if the shipping and handling is about 6 frog pelts?
Just don't try an use it around cows; that is against FDA regs.
