Well, I don't know how it is now, however, during desert storm, I personally had a number of generators being purchased by people with .mil addresses. Being paranoid at the time because of non-public re-education, and wondering if I should get ready for them to come in and shut me down, I decided to make some phone calls to them. Two of the people I spoke with told me they worked for the chemical warfare division in the Army, and they were buying the generators because (in their words) "colloidal silver kills anthrax". They also said at that time that it wasn't a matter of "if" anthrax would be used, but it was a matter of "when", and they wanted to be prepared. I personally haven't seen test results of silver against anthrax, however, I know that it will be my first line defensive measure, and an addition to any other types of therapy I use should the need arise.
