Hey Jeff,

Is your CS clear and a slight metallic taste afterwards?  If so, 
probably a good batch.  Silverpuppy suggests "seeding" your DW with a 
little CS to get things going a little faster.  Works for me.  Bad DW 
will cause a more "colorful" CS.  It's also been told that sometimes DW 
can vary in the same brand from jug to jug.  Of course I don't have the 
technical expertise that a lot of the other members have, just some ole 
fashion observance and tips from the more knowledgeable.
