Probably is no real danger if some degree of caution is used no matter
how you make CS , how strong or weak, or how much you use.
But the subject was about how to tell what PPM you are making...not
whether or not any given PPM is dangerous.

the grey in the water, and watch the colloids faling
from the coins, how good is the benefit? If you only
have a battery current for 30 minutes, yet you are
creating a large ppm, what is the harm in that? HDN
