oooops. big ooops. i forget that it's sopposed to be mixed it 50/50 with olive oil. and i been putting extra stregth oregano oil on my face. thats why it burns so much. duh. i will look into GSE. thanks for the help.j

When it cools a bit, put it back in the hot water and do it again, and again, and again. Water needs to be hot but don't burn yourself. Do this for about 15 minutes two times a day. This will dry the areas from oil, so be expecting this. And the heat seems to encourage healing. And this is very cheap. Then keep your face soaked in cs for a half hour or so. This procedure will certainly be beneficial. The pores of the skin will be open and the cs can get in further. I sure hope you get good results fast, and then go after the deeper problem.
