bearberry leaves 20 grams ?
black currant (gooseberry leaves) 10 grams ?
horsetail 10 grams ?
marigold 10 grams flower garden
rosemary (flowered tops) 10 grams i have the spice ?
small centaury 10 grams ?
yellow bedstraw 10 grams i soppose go rob a farm
1 tablespoonful for a cup of water. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 2
minutes.
Remove from heat and let infuse for 10 minutes. This will help
uncongest
your liver. Sometimes some people are in such bad shape it can take a
couple months to get rid of the acne. But it CAN be cured.
