I have given you that too -- deal with chronic stress, improve your
digestion, eliminate all refine carbs from your diet, reduce starchy
carbs, etc. I've also pointed you to other resources I believe would be
useful. I am talking from my own experience with acne myself. I've spent
a lot of time and money doing pretty much what you are doing now. If I
remember correctly, that's why I ended up on this list. Although, I
remained here for other reasons. I don't use CS or any other
antimicrobials. They didn't help me, and I've taken pretty much
everything you have and more. I see a clear connection between the state
of my digestion/elimination systems and my skin. If you keep living on
supplements alone, acne will be, sooner or later, your least significant
problem.
