Wonderful news for you! Congratulations! Now is the chance for you to change your habits and really get into good shape. Good luck! By the way, Rob Fagin's book, Natural Normonal Enhancement, might be helpful to you. You could still enjoy the cakes and pies and spuds and such, but only twice a week. On those two days, you could eat as much as you like during the last meal.
On the other days, you would restrict carbohydrates. It is a useful book and quite informative. I have noticed an amazing difference between the desperate, twitchy "hormonal hunger" that results from too many carbs, as opposed to the much different "real" hunger that comes from needing nutrition. Read the book and you will understand. It is quite remarkable. mamapug wrote: > > Hi, Guys, I have good news! > No congestive heart failure after all!
