Before giving up everything, and then breaking the diet it really depends on
how bad your problem, your treatment, and all important checking sugar
level. Avoiding large spicks is important, small meals or snacks spread out
during the day is the way. Check to see how your body handles your food
intake after eating. Will give insight in to food chouse and amount. What
works for you.
