Set your email program to NOT open attachments automatically and never open one unless you know who sent it and they specifically mention that it is there and what it is in the body of the message.
Throw Outlook into the trash and use a non Microsoft email program! [Eudora..Pegasus] Outlook is HORRIBLE for transmitting viruses and sending them to all your friends without you knowing it.
