TJ, I can relate to your dentak experience. When in boot camp at Great Lakes I went in for the checkup before shipping out and was told that I had a perfect specimen of a horizontally impacted wisdom tooth. But it had to come out. And that the crown was up against the tooth in front of it and the roots almost touching the jaw bone making it a delicate procedure. My informer, an older dentist then called to another dentist, whom he introduced as Dr. X who had just arrived after graduating from Marquette. He then showed X the xray and X said he'd never seen one like it before much less extracted one. The older guy then offered to let him do it. Well, I've got you beat on the time.
