the amount of supplements we actually need to be
healthy, not just how much to keep us from being sick.
Here is the list I copied from a book a friend of
mine had. The book is titled 'Amazing Medicines The
Drug Companies Don't Want You To Know' by University
Medical Research Publishers. I didn't jot down the
author's name but the ISBN is 0-9638714-0-4.
