Someone, Thora if I remember correctly, asked about
the amount of supplements we actually need to be
healthy, not just how much to keep us from being sick.
That is a near impossible question to answer. Who wants the minimum
our of life?
Take the minimum supplements, and you might grow shorter, rather than taller.
Most people don't realize that the Electrical code book tells you the
absolute minimum circuit design.
Anything less can burn your house down, get you fined, or land you in jail,
depending on lots of circumstances.
While this is an impressive list, I see a few things that are bogus as
the devil.
Could be a type. Did you type it or paste it, or scan it. <grin>
When I see one item wrong, I doubt the whole list. Several things on here
are not impressive.
especially the 50 mg of potassium.
I get near 1000 mg by noon every day.
From the list below.
Potassium (amino acid complex) 50 mg
I don't think I have ever seen potassium expressed as an "amino acid
complex", and never found potassium listed under amino acids.
Of course if you ate enough raw fruit and vegetables, and many other good
foods, the list would be close to doing the job.
