Hi Tony, It's the head back part that is supposed to cause problems. If you swallow while in that position, which it is very hard not to do, you may force fluid into your eustachian tubes. If you have an infection in your sinuses, that too may be forced into the eustachian tubes. That said, I'm glad I did it, as I'm pretty sure I have eliminated the fungus, just the recurrent bacterial infections colonising the damaged tissue I think. It has taken over a year, but my ears are almost back to normal, just occasional feelings of pressure and the odd twinge now. I also think that using Godzilla, a DC device dicussed on the microelectricitygermkiller Yahoo Group, has had a major effect on this.
