VERY interesting Daddy Bob. Allergies are a pet topic of mine, mostly
trying to get over them!

Corn is indeed one of the most allergenic foods, right behind wheat.
Some think it is due to genetic manipulation. Dunno, but avoiding it is
difficult. I am also a GRIT (Girl Raised in the South) -- so I know what
you mean.

I plant to track my worst allergy days with any corn I eat -- I do avoid
it but those organic white corn chips are so yummy with fresh pico!

An interesting aspect to food allergies is that it releases adrenaline
-- and what does that do, initially -- it makes us feel energetic and
good! Sounds like a conspiracy theory in the making, eh?

Have you ever noticed any effect on allergies from regularly taking CS?
I do use it in my nose with DMSO in a spray and nebulize the same
solution. I know it helps me avoid secondary opportunistic infections in
the mucous, but I wonder if CS could have an immune boosting effect, you
know lightening the load and all?

Now that I have colds and flus under control with CS it is even more
obvious how much my allergies bring me down. Mold has been very high for
months now in Central Texas and it is costing me time and energy.

I am starting today taking Colloidal Gold as well as my regular CS. I am
going to watching my allergy symptoms closely for any effect.
