Hello,

I'm new to this list, but want to say, I haven't had any sinous infections
since using CS. I use Source Naturals 30ppm throat spray in my palm, dilute
with a little water and then swab it around my nasal passages with my small
finger. Doesn't sound very delicate, but it works like a charm!

I've studied Ayurvedic medicine for years. Silver is cooling and drying,
that's why I dilute it a little (I know, I can't therefore give a ppm, but this
works for me), so it won't dry the nasal passages too much. However, for a
cold you might want to dry up a bit.

Doesn't a mix of CS with Xylitol do the same thing as regards mucous?
And I believe Xylitol has also a direct effect of inhibiting bacteria
from attaching to tissues.
