The silver oxides produced in many systems have little or no benefit. The oxides are inert, but H2O2 acts as a catalyst to convert them back into silver ions and oxygen. My own experience also tells me that high ionic cs works much better. Good to hear you are improving! Testimonials like yours help others who may be new to cs and need some encouragement to try it.
