Hi Wayne & folks,
"The total art of communication rests in simplification.
The responsibility for successful communication rests with the
communicator, not communicatee"
My first rule for new consultants joining my company (in another life).
When I first met Kilneth it was at a Seminar of mine in the last
century. It was on a subject called "Escaping The Knowledge Explosion
" (later turned up as a book by Alvin Toffler) and it was to do with the
awful information overload stress that the knowledge explosion of the 20th
Century had brought - especially with computers, and he liked it.

1. Identify
2. Reduce
3. Simplify

The reason we *do* need others is usually for CONFIRMATION - it is the rare
clever person that actually listens to the asked-for advice and maybe has a
hole in his thinking pointed out visible from the other viewpoint.
Cheers!

HINT OF THE WEEK: Throw away your Cellphone. *Never* be available all

Managers don't die from overwork, they die from not having filters in place

life...............
