I have been making CS with my SilverGen Pro 9 for about 2 months now. All my 5 gallon batches of CS has been clear until the last 2 - 5 gallons batches. The CS is yellow before I even get it out of the SilverGen. I turn the unit off as soon as it is finished and remove the silver and pump. Let the CS settle for a few minutes then pour it into a PET plastic water jug. Can someone tell me why my CS is turning yellow during and right after the unit turn off? Gwlynda
