Grains are high in phytoestrogens, may be tainted with pesticide
residues, have a lot of phytin which blocks absorption of some B
vitamins and are highly allergenic, particularly wheat and corn.

As well, vegetarians who consume a lot of soy are getting a load of
isoflavones and phytoestrogens unless it is fermented soy like tofu or
tempeh. Soy also has so much Calcium that it unbalances Zinc in the
body
by blocking the uptake sites.

Eggs and dairy are also high on the list of food allergens. Food
allergy
can manifest in many ways, which can vary even in the same individual.
