Makes sense to me, my husband is allergic to beef as well as to anything
that comes from a cow or is made from any part of a cow, like gelatin.
When his allergy was discovered over 15 years ago, his allergist said it
was his belief the actual allergy was probably to feed additives,
hormones, all the crud that is put into food animals. The doc said in
his early practice (he was near retirement at the time) beef allergy was
unheard of but was becoming more and more common. We sometimes get a bit
of naturally raised beef (not often available here) it doesn't cause
allergy symptoms. So we believe the allergist was right.

IMHO, its not whats in the diet - its what has been added or adulterated to
the food. Chemicals, GMO's, enzymes, anti-biotic thats what we are fed.
Canned, frozen, dehydrated, Radiated. Commercials have convinced me that a
good home meal is straight out of the can! You are what you eat.
Then we question how could anything so simple as sticking a piece of silver
in a glass of water be healthy!
just my 2 cents,
