Well, the goat`s milk smells fine and tastes fine, until it is out of your
mouth,
then there is an aftertaste that I don`t care for. The living cow`s milk
doesn`t have that.
I just had a banana sliced into a cup of the cream. Now that was really good!!
Does anyone know how much CS is good to put into fresh milk to keep it that
way??

Yes, the difference is amazing. However, don't give up on the goats' milk.
When my children were young, I went to a nearby farm to buy fresh goat milk.
The milk never had that "off" smell or flavor. I was told because it's
whatever the goat smells about 20 minutes prior to milking. Her goats were
brought in and stood before a manger of alfalfa.
