I am very aware of those, thank you for the suggestions. I do try to
take fatty acid supplements, but they are also possibly involved as
allergens, doing elimination/challenges for all my possible allergens is
slow, slow, slow. But I'm gradually working on them. Of course the best
(fish) sources of EFAs are not possible for me. Eggs are extremely
limited, less than one a week is all I can tolerate. I try to rotate the
foods left to me as best I can, but there aren't enough to do even a
complete 3 day rotation, let alone a 4-day one.
I am reading a book on Epstein-Barr virus now, that is very interesting.
It is possible/probable that my EB is implicated as an underlying cause
of me developing the iodine and many other allergies. I wonder how much
CS should be taken daily and for how long, to make any inroads on EB.
My best guess is a pint to a quart or ? per day, for god knows how long.
